The ODFS system is available for purchase from Ackofin, Inc. with a prescription from a Physician. Visit a physician for an evaluation and obtain a referral to see a trained Physical Therapist for gait training with the ODFS.
To purchase the ODFS Dropped Foot Stimulator:
Obtain a recommendation from a trained Physical Therapist to use the ODFS at home and a physician prescription for an ODFS purchase.
Complete the ODFS Order Form from your therapist and fax or mail to Ackofin, Inc. with your prescription and check or credit card number for payment.
The ODFS will be shipped directly to you within 12-15 business days. THE ODFS MUST BE TAKEN TO THE PHYSICAL THERAPIST FOR INDIVIDUALIZED SET UP PRIOR TO USE.
ODFS Dropped Foot Stimulator supplies (electrodes, foot switches, etc) can be purchased as needed directly from Ackofin, Inc. via fax or mail using the order form and check or credit card for payment.
